About Dwelom: Know Your Street Before You Move

Dwelom is a UK property research site built around one idea: the price of a home is best understood street by street. Instead of broad regional averages, we show what homes on a specific street have actually sold for, when they sold, and how that compares with the surrounding town and postcode district.

Our sold price information comes from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, the official record of residential property sales in England and Wales, published under the Open Government Licence. We organise millions of those transactions into street pages, postcode district pages and city overviews so buyers, sellers and curious homeowners can check real evidence before making a decision.

We are deliberately honest about what the data can and cannot tell you. Land Registry records the price, date, property type and tenure of a sale, but not the number of bedrooms or the floor area, so we never invent those details. Very recent sales can take several weeks to appear.
