How Dwelom Works
Dwelom turns official HM Land Registry sale records into pages that are easy to read. Start by searching for a town, a street or a postcode district. Each street page lists recorded sales on that street with the date, price, property type and tenure, alongside a summary of typical prices and how they have changed over time.
City pages give an overview of sold prices across a town and link to its streets, while postcode district pages group sales by the outward part of the postcode, such as L17 or M20. Where the same street name exists in several parts of a city, we show a chooser so you can pick the right area rather than mixing unrelated sales together.
Our data is refreshed as the Land Registry publishes its monthly updates. We check every new street page before it is listed, and we flag areas where the evidence is too thin to be meaningful rather than filling gaps with guesses.
Use the buyer tools to sense-check an asking price, or the seller tools to see what comparable homes nearby achieved.
