Sold House Prices by Postcode District

Browse recorded sold prices using the outward part of a postcode, such as LS7 or M20. A postcode district groups several streets, so it is a useful starting point when you know an area but have not chosen a particular road. The interactive directory lists districts with qualifying published street evidence.

Open a district to find its published streets, then follow a street link to inspect individual recorded sales. Check the address, sale date, property type and tenure when comparing homes. District-level coverage does not mean every street or every transaction in that area is represented on Dwelom.

The underlying records are HM Land Registry Price Paid Data for England and Wales. They describe completed transactions, not current asking prices, and do not include bedrooms, floor area or condition. Sales appear after registration, so recent months are incomplete. A district with limited published evidence should not be interpreted as an area where no sales occurred.

If you do not know the postcode district, browse by town first and follow the location links from a relevant street. Use the data sources guide to understand the limits before comparing places with different types of housing. Historical prices are evidence of past transactions, not a promise of what a property would sell for today.
