Browse Street Names and Sold House Prices

Find a street by name and explore its recorded property sales. Street names are often shared by several towns and cities, so this directory helps you distinguish places with the same name. The interactive A–Z directory lists street names with sold-price evidence in multiple locations and links to the relevant local pages.

Always check the town and postcode district before comparing sales. A familiar name such as High Street can describe unrelated roads, and even one town can contain more than one street with the same name. Selecting the correct location helps keep those records separate.

On a street page, compare recorded prices alongside the transfer date, property type, tenure and new-build status. HM Land Registry Price Paid Data does not supply bedrooms, floor area or property condition. Differences in the homes sold can change an average without indicating that every home on the street has changed value.

Dwelom covers England and Wales using completed transactions recorded by HM Land Registry. It is not an estate-agent listings directory, and Scotland and Northern Ireland are outside this dataset. Registration delays mean recent sales are incomplete. If you already know the town, use the town directory below to narrow the search; if you know the outward postcode, browse the postcode district instead.
